As we start the defence of being the 6th best county in the Country at the Championship at Thornton Park GC in Essex on September 12th 2011. I would like to thank everyone for their support because without your help,and time spent,also fund raising,we would not be going. We are in a great position because people have given their time volunteering in many ways,past executive members who have had the foresight to make the correct decisions,junior organizers spending endless hours encouraging our young golfers to improve.Our professionals Tim rouse,Shane Rose,David Davies,and other professionals who again have encouraged a wide range of the girls to improve their golf, through coaching. Grateful thanks to the Northamptonshire Past Ladies Captains for their donation to the County. Special thanks to Janet Lambdon, our junior organizer, who spends hours working to encourage our youngsters to take the game up,and all her predecessors,you are the reason we have such a youthful squad!
