One representative from each Club within Northamptonshire required to attend two additional NLCGA Meetings annually.
Each representative to be a member of her Ladies Club Committee. If not an existing committee member, then it is hoped she will be co-opted

MEETINGS 2012
The dates for the Club Delegates meetings for 2012 are: Monday 5 March 10.30 am Northants County GC- this meeting is for the delegates plus two ladies committee members per club Monday 21 May 7.30 pm Wellingborough GC - club delegates only Monday 9 July 7.30 pm Wellingborough GC - club delegates only If a CD cannot attend a representative from the ladies committee may attend.

Please be advised that a Level 1 Golf Coaching course has been set up in Leicestershire and Rutland.

Venue: Cosby Golf Club
Date: 3-4 March 2012
Delegates: 16 (£288 Inc VAT per delegate)
Closing Date: 27 January 2012
If anyone from within your golf club is interested in attending the course could they please contact me and I will send
you more information including an expression of interest form.
On completion of this form, if the candidate is recommended for the course, they will then be required to complete a
Level 1 coaching application pack and return this with the payment before the closing date.
FUNDING:
If you work/live within Northamptonshire, the Northamptonshire Golf Partnership, are able to fund upto 50% of the course fee in return for
the candidate delivering 20 volunteering coaching hours either at their home club or alongside an Academy Coach.

CCD Meeting 14 July 2008
As agreed at the Meeting the Regional Representative signed the Special Resolution on behalf of Northamptonshire.
Distance Measuring Devices CCD Meeting 14 July 2008
Following advice received from EWGA and after discussion at a County Committee Meeting, it was decided that DMDs may not be used in County Competitions.
The EWGA do not allow DMD's in Championships. This is in accordance with Rule 14-3, which states " a player MUST NOT use any artificial device or unusual equipment, or use any equipment in an unusual manner: (b) For the purpose of gauging or measuring distance or conditions that might affect his/her play Note to Rule 14-3 states that the committee may make a local rule allowing players to use devices that measure or gauge distance only.
We do not make a local rule allowing players to use these devices and therefore they are not allowed to use them.
